Understand & manage
- MG causes muscle weakness that may vary with activity and rest. Drooping eyelids, double vision, chewing, swallowing, speech, or limb weakness can occur.
- Take prescribed treatment consistently and keep an updated medicine list. Tell every clinician and pharmacist that you have MG before starting new medicines or supplements.
- Ask about fatigue management and an emergency plan. Some medicines can worsen MG, but decisions to use or stop them require individual medical advice.
