Request a refill using our Paubox form. Have your medication name, dose and preferred pharmacy ready. Please allow 3–5 business days for routine refill processing; submitting this form does not guarantee approval.

We strive to review your request and respond by the next business day. Please also call (661) 776-3876 Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PST to follow up. Review of your request is separate from refill processing. A submission does not confirm that a prescription has been approved or sent. For urgent needs call during office hours.
